TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Norwich Suite and Bed Centre website terms and conditions for use. Please read them through carefully before using the website. They do not affect your statutory rights. Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall also govern all transactions on the website to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.
In these terms and conditions
"Buyer" and/or references to “you” means the individual / individuals entering into a contract for the supply of goods from Norwich Suite and Bed Centre; and
“Seller” and/or references to ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Norwich Suite and Bed Centre. Norwich Suite and Bed Centre is a trading name of Anglian Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, registered number 2009704 and registered office at c/o Price Bailey , 20 Central Avenue , St Andrews Business Park , Thorpe St Andrews , Norwich , Norfolk . NR7 0HR.
1. Payment
"Goods" means all or any of the items listed on the invoice. Goods will only be dispatched to you once payment has been received in full (in cleared funds in our bank account) or you have completed an approved credit agreement with our approved credit company.
Payments can be made using credit or debit card - we accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro ,Visa Electron and American Express. Payment will be taken when You confirm Your order. All payments are processed using WorldPay. When you have confirmed Your order and the amount You are to pay You will be directed via a secure connection to WorldPay secure payment site. This secure connection ensures that Your credit or debit card details are encrypted prior to being transferred to Your card issuer for authorisation. WorldPay will process Your payment on Our behalf. As a result we do not hold any of Your card details on Our systems.
2. Special Orders
"Special Orders" means any Goods that are not held in stock by Norwich Suite and Bed Centre or that are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for you, examples of but not limited to , special sizes , colours, made to measure beds, mattresses , sofas or chairs. Payment in full is required on Special Orders at the time of your order. An approximate delivery time scale will be provided. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the estimated dates are met they do not form a fixed term of the contract. Once goods are received at Norwich Suite and Bed Centre we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Special Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is evidence of a substantial manufacturers fault.

3. Website Inaccuracies
All sizes quoted are approximate. Display products in stores are examples of the finished product. Goods are supplied on the understanding that there may be slight variances in colour, finish, shade and grain particularly, but not exclusively, on wood or metal products. Wood materials may have minor technical differences and their appearance may differ slightly from the goods shown. Any changes will be of an equal or higher standard to those displayed.
The information, services and products provided on and throughout this site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a genuine website error or inaccuracy we reserve the right to withdraw an offer immediately. We also reserve the right to cancel all confirmed orders that are subject to genuine website error or inaccuracy. All products offered are subject to availability.
Norwich Suite and Bed Centre reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. All pricing information is reviewed and updated on a regular basis. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible via email and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund for the cancelled goods. In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for goods and Norwich Suite and Bed Centre processing that order and taking payment, you will be contacted prior to your order being processed with details of the new price.
If the rate of Value Added Tax or any other tax or duties payable by you increases between the date of the sales order and the date of delivery of the Goods we will add the necessary additional amount of Value Added Tax or any other taxes or duties payable by You to the price of the Goods.
Unless otherwise specified all prices on the Website do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated as part of the checkout process, based on the proximity of Your delivery address to our distribution centre
Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors or omissions in the Content of the Website, in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by Us shall be subject to correction without any liability on Our part.
4. Title and Risk
We will retain legal ownership of the Goods until the later of (i) delivery of the Goods, and (ii) our receipt of your payment in full in cleared funds. The goods will be at your risk from the point of delivery (please refer to point 7 below) – this means that you will be responsible for any damage caused to the Goods for whatever reason after this point in time.
5. Cancellation/Refunds
We offer a full money back guarantee for items purchased from our website or via the telephone with our Internet Sales Department, excluding all carriage costs, if returned unused in the original packaging within 7 working days following the day of delivery.(Exceptions ,please refer to section 2 of terms and conditions) .
Refunds on Goods cancelled prior to delivery will be made as soon as possible following written notification of cancellation and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days of that written notice. All refunds will be made onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
Note special sizes , colours and made to measure beds ,mattresses , sofas and chairs or any special order item cannot to be cancelled prior to delivery.(Exceptions, please refer to section 2 of terms and conditions) .
Refunds on Goods already delivered will take place as soon as possible following the collection, return and inspection of such goods and in any case will not exceed a period of 30 days following that collection/return.

When are you not entitled to anything?
If you were told of any faults before you bought the goods.
If the fault was obvious and it would have been reasonable to have noticed it on examination before buying.
If you caused any damage yourself.
If you made a mistake, e.g. you don't like the colour, it is the wrong size, etc.
If you have changed your mind about the goods, or seen them cheaper elsewhere.
If you have tried the product, used it, slept on it, and it cannot be returned and sold at full face value.
6. Access
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Goods will fit into the intended room and that they will pass through all doorways, stairs, gates, alleyways and any other physical features between the delivery vehicle and the room, without specialist lifting equipment.
Where access is not possible when we attempt to deliver, alternative arrangements will be considered at your expense.
For the purposes of this contract, the term “clear” will include being free from any property which may be damaged when making the delivery.
It is your responsibility to inform us, prior to delivery (see contact details below section 17)of all issues which may affect the delivery and to overcome those issues.
Cancellations can not be accepted on the grounds that the goods will not fit into the location or access to the location is not possible. At our discretion we may offer alternative goods of an equal or higher value, but in the case of higher value goods you will be required to pay the difference in value before delivery.
7. Delivery
"Delivery" means the delivery of the Goods to the delivery address specified on the order and placed in the room of your choice. We will give you an estimated date (except in the case of Special Orders) which will be arranged by our Home Delivery Team . If due to unforeseen circumstances this date cannot be met we will inform you of this before the estimated date and we will re-organise a delivery within 10 working days of the original estimated delivery date. All deliveries are signed for. If you are out when our delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call them and arrange a delivery at a future date. Please note that there may be an additional charge for this
Our standard delivery rate will be applied to re-deliveries if:
• you are not present at the delivery address during the allocated time slot. Or
• the date and/or time arranged become unsuitable for you (for any reason) and you fail to inform the Home Delivery Team on 01603 768800 at least 24 hours before the allocated time slot; or
• delivery has been “agreed” and failed for any other substantial reason due to the fault of the Buyer.
Dates and times that we have organised and communicated to you in advance will be taken as “agreed” by you unless you otherwise advise our Home Delivery Team at least 24 hours before the allocated time of delivery.
Goods will be deemed to have been delivered when they are taken from the vehicle at the delivery address specified on the order. You must inspect the Goods at point of delivery and report any shortfall or damages immediately to the driver and ensure that this is noted on the delivery note. You must then contact Norwich Suite and Bed Centre who will file a report and arrange for an investigation. Delivery does to not include unpacking or assembly.
8. Collections
Collection of old beds, mattresses and suites.
When our Home Delivery Team delivers your new product, they can take away your old mattress ,divan bed or suite (selected post codes only) for a small fee. The charge for this service is £45 per item, please call us on 01603 768800 if you wish to add this service to your order. Payment for this service required in full prior to delivery.
9. After Delivery
For reasons of hygiene once the original packaging has been removed refunds or exchanges can only be considered on items that have been found to be faulty. Any missing or damaged parts must be reported to our Customer Services Department on 01603 768800 within 2 days of delivery. We ask that you return the goods suitably and sufficiently packed in the original packaging for the normal rigors of transit.
The Goods must be made available for collection and be in the original packaging and in the original condition at a time requested by Norwich Suite and Bed Centre (this request not to exceed 21days from the cancellation date). Please note it is Your Responsibility to Return the Product in 1st Class condition, and Failure to do so , will result in a Deduction against Your Refund.
Should the Goods not be adequately packaged at the time of collection then they will not be collected and Norwich Suite and Bed Centre retain the right to charge a further £45 for "re-collection" to cover costs incurred. The "re-collection" charge will be deducted from the refund value.
Following collection or return, should Goods be found to be damaged (not in their original condition), and the Damage is not the result of our actions or negligence, Norwich Suite and Bed Centre will deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover such damage (such amount not to exceed the price of the Goods).
Should the buyer unreasonably fail or refuse to make the Goods available to us when requested within 21 days then the Goods must be kept by the buyer/purchaser.
No refund shall be made until the Goods have been collected/returned and inspection made as to their condition.
10. Guarantees and warranties
All Goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of delivery. After 12 months your guarantee reverts to the manufacturer's warranty, for this to be valid it the responsibility of the buyer to retain the receipt of purchase and the manufacturer’s warranty card.
11. Credit
If Goods are purchased on credit, they will not be delivered or supplied until credit approval has been received. Goods can only be delivered to the delivery address approved by the finance company. There will be a minimum of 10 days before the goods are dispatched on all credit agreements to enable legal verifications processes to be completed.
12. VAT
All prices quoted on this site are in U.K. pounds and include VAT. Payable at the prevailing rate.
13. Unforeseen Circumstances
Neither the buyer or seller will be liable in damages nor have the right to terminate this agreement for any delay or default caused by conditions or events beyond our reasonable control. While every effort is made to meet our customers’ demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, strike, lockout, labour dispute, fire, flood, drought, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
We will make every effort to notify you of any delay or non-delivery, and will take reasonable measures to ensure the goods are re-allocated for delivery once such delay has ceased.
14. Price Promise
If you have purchased with us and you find exactly the same product cheaper on another website within 48 hours of purchasing, we will refund the difference.
You can only apply for our Price Promise by email .
Please provide the following details: your name and telephone number, your Order Number, product description and price, the name of website that you found the cheaper price. Once we receive your information, our sales team will verify your claim and contact you by telephone or email.
Price Promise Terms
The offer only applies to purchases over £300. Applications for the price promise must be sent via e-mail up to and no more than 48 hours after purchase. The offer applies to the overall price including any vat and delivery charge.
A price comparison must come from a recognized, reputable, legally trading UK internet retailer. Price promise does not cover the following types of goods: damaged goods, shop floor models, ex-display, second hand goods, discontinued goods or bulk buys. Also we will not Price match products from Non Approved stockists of a Product, who also do not carry that item in stock. All refunds will be made onto the same card used to make the original purchase.
15.Limitations of Liability
Our total liability in regard to the performance of this contract shall be limited to the value of the Goods.
Norwich Suite and Bed Centre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses, costs or expenses incurred or any consequential compensation arising out of the performance/or non performance of this contract. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
All contracts shall be governed by English Law.
Any order placed by the Buyer and accepted by Norwich Suite and Bed Centre is subject to the following terms and conditions unless specified in writing by a Director of Norwich Suite and Bed Centre.
Norwich Suite and Bed Centre retains the right to refuse any order that is subject to an error on its website and will in these circumstances reimburse the Buyer in full.
16. Disclaimer
Norwich Suite and Bed Centre is providing this Website on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to this Website, or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties. In addition, Norwich Suite and Bed Centre makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information on this Website. The information contained in this Website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Norwich Suite and Bed Centre howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Neither Norwich Suite and Bed Centre nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Norwich Suite and Bed Centre accepts no liability for any information or content contained in external third party websites which link to or from this Website.
Notwithstanding the a foregoing, none of these exclusions and limitations are intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under local or other statutory rights which may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of employees and/or agents.
